It is understood that La Force photography is the exclusive official photographer and that others taking photographs will be permitted only at our discretion.
No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
La Force Photography reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication or any other purposes.
Negatives and previews remain the exclusive property of La Force Photography unless purchased.
In the event of a postponement or cancellation of the wedding, the deposits paid are not refundable.
La Force Photography takes the most care with respect to the exposure, development, and delivery of photographs. However, in the event La Force fails to comply with the terms of this contract, then La Force's liability is limited to refund of deposits.
